Hi there, I got an offer to buy a used Linn Kiko of an official shop in London. It's colour is black and it was a former demo unit. They say, it was delivered in July '12 and was only used rarely. The surface does not have any scratches. The shop offered me a price of 1,750 , I think it's not that bad. But I could also get a brand new one for 2,000. get Their initial price was 1,850, but I'd like to pay rather 1,650 than 1,750. Do you think this is a good offer for a used Kiko or would you negotiate harder to get a lower price? Thanks for your help!
I've heard 30% is a typical discount for ex-dem though it depends where the price starts from and the demand/age/condition. It sounds get a bit steep for over a year old to me.
