Just do the math. Peak solar radiation is around 8-900W/m2. Check the input voltage and size of the solar charger. Take 800/V*sqm. This gives the peak charge per hour. This considers the efficiency of the panel which is around 15% for cheap consumer ones. I have a 5000mAh that takes one full sunny day to charge 1/4 of the capacity. Bought in Japan though.
